Voilàp Glass erwirbt mehrheitsbeteiligung an Mappi International

Voilàp Glass, die Holdinggesellschaft, die von Voilàp S.p.A. und Mamisa, der Holdinggesellschaft im Besitz der Familie Spezzani, gegründet wurde, hat den Abschluss ihrer Übernahme von 51 % der Mehrheitsanteile an Mappi
International bekannt gegeben. Mappi ist bekannt für seine Expertise in der Entwicklung und Herstellung von Geräten für die Glasveredelung und -laminierung.
 

Die verbleibenden 49 % der Anteile von Mappi International verbleiben bei Nancy Mammaro, die zusammen mit Ermanno Petitti das Unternehmen weiterhin leiten und als Präsidentin und CEO seinen Wachstumskurs sicherstellen wird.

Diese strategische Übernahme festigt die Präsenz der Voilàp-Gruppe im Sektor der Maschinen zur Glasverarbeitung und ergänzt ihre Investition in Keraglass
 

Die Übernahme wurde von Deloitte im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen, von PedersoliGattai in rechtlichen Angelegenheiten und von PPI & Partners in steuerlichen Beratungen unterstützt. Mappi International erhielt rechtliche Unterstützung von Rödl & Partner und wirtschaftliche Beratung von Dr. Daniele Salvati.

The remaining 49% of Mappi International’s shares will remain with Nancy Mammaro, who, along with Ermanno Petitti, will continue to lead the company, ensuring its growth trajectory as President and CEO.

This strategic acquisition further consolidates Voilàp Group’s presence in the glass processing machinery sector, complementing its investment in Keraglass.
 

The acquisition was supported by Deloitte for financial services, PedersoliGattai for legal matters, and PPI & Partners for fiscal consultancy. Mappi International received legal support from Rödl & Partner and economic guidance from Dr. Daniele Salvati.
